BREAKING NEWS: TEL OWNERS APPROVE EXPANSION TO 10 TEAMS
-August 10, 2022 - The ELITE League will add two teams in an expansion draft before the start of the 2022 season. The team identities have not been released, but it is believed that the league has team owners in place. We spoke to the league commissioner and owner of the Mutineers, Kevin Cormier about the decision. "This is a huge step toward building more parity and improving competition in the league. Expansion is growth, and with this group of owners, there is no limit to where we can take this league" said Cormier. We can only speculate about what these two new teams will look like, but we can't wait to see them in action.
